Arsen Kharatyan founded STAK with a desire to create space that improves people’s lives.  Arsen believes architecture has the power to inspire, fulfill, and heal.  The modernist aesthetic combined with the principles of high performance building design is the synthesis of Arsen’s experience as an architect.

Arsen’s architectural experience includes design, master planning, building science, energy analysis, construction documents, and construction administration. In his 14 years at a national firm, he has focused on hospitality, housing projects, retail, religious, and office buildings.  One of his major strengths is problem-solving the unique challenges that come with renovation projects. Arsen has also developed a particular expertise in producing graphics to convey design direction, which is a great benefit to clients when visualizing their projects.

Arsen has an outstanding track record for delivering high-quality work.  He is an advocate for responsive design excellence; keeping to the client’s program and goals.  Arsen has successfully achieved LEED certification for several projects.  He is experienced in the development and implementation of sustainable strategies and high-performance building design.
